We have enjoyed our virtual sessions with you and plan on keeping them as a permanent part of our offerings. These are the new procedures & policies we are implementing with your health and safety in mind. We appreciate your understanding and patience with these changes. Enhanced cleaning, physical distancing & policies at Pleasanton Pilates:

  • We will take our temperature and self screen before coming in to the studio. If we do not feel well, we will be cancelling our sessions for the day.

  • We will only be offering Private Sessions. 1 instructor with 1 client will be allowed in the studio at a time.

  • We have added an air purifier to help clean the air in the studio. 

  • We will wear a mask and maintain 6ft of distance during the session. 

  • We will use hand sanitizer or wash our hands before & after each session. 

  • Sessions will be 45 minutes, for now, to allow us enough time to disinfect your equipment and clean high touch areas between each session. We will notify you if that changes. 

  • We no longer will be providing towels, socks or water. 

  • We will provide hand sanitizer. 


What if I need to cancel?

Your health is of the utmost importance to us. If you do not feel well in anyway, please do not come into the studio. Please contact your instructor to let them know if you’d like to substitute a virtual session or cancel the session completely.


What we are asking our clients to do:

  • Please self screen for symptoms before you come into the studio. If you do not feel well in anyway, do not come into the studio. Please contact your instructor to let them know if you’d like to substitute a virtual session or cancel the session completely. If you cancel, you will not be charged for the session. 

  • If you have had possible exposure to COVID-19, please do not come into the studio for 14 days.

  • We understand that schedules are challenging these days. And we do really enjoy meeting your families. However, we must ask you to refrain from bringing your children in with you for your sessions. Only 1 instructor with 1 client allowed in the studio at a time.

  • Arrive on time & dressed to workout as our dressing room will not be available for use. To avoid overlap with the previous client, please do not arrive early.

  • We strongly encourage you to use the bathroom at your house prior to coming to the studio. 

  • Bring your own water, clean socks & clean mask to wear during your session. 

  • Your temperature will be taken with a contactless thermometer before each session.  

  • Use hand sanitizer before your session and after you clean your equipment. 

  • To protect yourself and others, your mask must be worn at all times in the studio. Always remember to avoid touching your eyes, nose & mouth to avoid spreading germs. 

  • If you are unable to wear your mask while working out, we respectfully ask you to schedule a virtual session. 


After your session:

  • Please follow these steps to clean your equipment after your session:

  1. Spray the soap & water cleaning solution directly on your fresh microfiber towel.

  2. Gently scrub the surface you are cleaning, using friction to loosen germs from surfaces to be removed easily.

  3. Be sure to clean ALL hard surfaces you have touched during your session.

  4. Clean the springs with isopropyl alcohol sprayed on a new microfiber towel.

  5. Use hand sanitizer when you are done cleaning.

  • We love chatting with you, however, after you’ve finished cleaning your equipment we must ask you to leave directly. We will need the time to disinfect your equipment & clean high touch areas before the next client. Scheduling and payments will be done through the website or your instructor directly. 


THe Use Of Props:

Due to the challenges of cleaning, we will be discontinuing the use of props for the time being. 


Do class packages expire?

All sessions are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase date.
